Basics - Hammer Throw

Alli Jones and Pat Eckerson of Montana State University Track & Field teach me the basics of the Hammer Throw.

I learned the Hammer Throw is not a natural motion at all. Maybe if I had longer than 30 minutes, I could actually look good. But, as it is, you'll just have to watch and probably laugh.
