  • Actually I think you're quite mistaken sir. These guys are actually from Plum Village, and they are novice monks. Right, you can say just about anyone can learn the song and know the word mindfulness, but those songs are very meaningful. I think if you understood the songs, You wouldn't be saying such unnecessary things in your comment. No one is an embarassment to Plum Village, and we're all practicing.

  • Thich Nhat Hanh should go to Egypt

  • @tim666661 Actually Thich Nhat Hanh has been an advocate for human rights all his life. He was kicked out of Vietnam for criticizing the human rights violations of the communist government that took over. When he did go back to Vietnam he established a sangha there but it was destroyed by the communist government several years later. So to say that he is a propaganda tool for the communist government is absurd.

  • Hello, i am 16...

    The first time i went to plum village was in 2008...

    Im not a Buddhist but i was going with my dad & his wife to plum village and when i came there with the car from holland i had a good feeling...

    i just felt that i was free or something like that..

    in the two weeks i was there i played every day soccer with my brother and a lot of other people.. i never played soccer on high level like there ..

    so, if you aren't a Buddhist and you love playing soccer go to Plum Village!!!:P
