On Monday, November 16th, 2009, like the 4 Monday's prior, Julian Heicklen stood in front of the federal courthouse at 500 Pearl St. in Manhattan in order to distribute Fully Informed Jury Association pamphlets to potential jurors. Again he was arrested and cited for unlawful distribution of materials as stated in CFR, Title 41, Subsection C, 102 #74.415(c). A professional photographer who was at the courthouse for a separate case who started taking photos of the arrest was harassed by the officers for doing so. He was later released with a warning not to film things he did not have permission to.

  • Nazi cops at work. May God smite them and their families; bring shame and grave sickness to them. God bless you Julian.

  • "unauthorized photography"? Police are getting creative with their bullshit, eh?

  • You're a hero to the freedom movement, Antonio! Keep on kicking their asses, and thanks for being smart enough to backup your camera! Just for that, your comments should be double-weighted in being taken seriously in strategy meetings.

  • Bill of Rights
