bring back juggernaut and stopping power with the juggernaut pro making knives a 2 hit kill or make flak jacket pro resist knives and not have jug or stopping power.

if juggernaut pro halves melee damage, its still a one hit kill because the knife does 200 damage. so theyd have to make it 99 dmg or 50,

They should put Juggernaut(if they bring it back) and Ghost perk in the same tier. Put the powerful perks in the same tier. Stealth perks wouldn't be as dominate as they are now.

I'm all in favor of a knife proof vest. And those exist in real life too. So it makes sense. I'm okay with the idea of having the knife be a piece of equipment of its own. But I would love it if you had to draw the knife out of the sheath before you stab. I hate it when I check all my corners in a room get to the window to snipe just to have some guy run inside and knife me just as I put a bullet in him. If I put a 7.62x51 NATO round in your ass you ain't going no where.
