The BBC wildlife 'Snow Leopard- Beyond the Myth' crew journey to Pakistan filming fascinating insights into the behaviour of the elusive snow leopard. Contains images some viewers may find disturbing. Filming takes an exciting turn when a snow leopard cub is spotted in the cave of the female cat the team have been following. Check out the fascinating ways a juvenile leopard learns to tackle the testing terrain of the Pakistan mountain slopes in this video from the BBC animal show 'Snow Leopard- Beyond the Myth'.

  • Those people have moved into where the leopard lives. They brought their livestock and pushed out the leopards prey's natural habitat. The leopard is forced to adapt and hunt the livestock. This is the man's fault. Animals lived here first. We need to remember these things.

  • @BeN790450 Those people haven't "moved" into where the leopard lives. People have lived there for hundreds of years. Its the gilgit/baltistan region of pakistan.

  • @bodosiam I agree with you that the man does want to defend himself, and should, but I agree with some other people here, human beings have a tendancy to move out into nature, and expect everything to conform to their lifestyle, and how they want to live. Now, to give benefit of the doubt, it's possible these people don't have much choice. It's easy for me to sit in my house in suburbia and say something like that. Still, the snow leopard is endangered, and hopefully a compromise can be met.

  • There is some BEAUTIFUL footage of the snow leopards in their natural habitat here! I mean just look at that boy leaping across the mountain face! That's beautiful. I'd love to see more of the documentary, and I hope they convince those villagers not to shoot the mom.

  • @TheDarkKnight03 big cats dont make good pets. Check out the BigCatRescue channel to find out why.
