  • I think we all should get together and use eminent domain on all public officials. Lets take their property.

  • Once they lost and the law of the land says eminent domain applies to economic development then the landowners should have grouped together, formed a corporation and demanded to retain ownership of the land and be included as capitalist partners and lease the land to the developers. This way the states need to receive revenue is satisfied and then they do not have a legitimate case against the landowners. Then see if the Supreme court upholds the rights of the corporation as the landowners.

  • I think the Supreme court judges homes should be taken and given to private business.

I'll vote ok to that :)

    Sounds fair huh?

  • This happened in Manhattan KS where I went to school as well.

Makes me sick...Government uses eminent domain to transfer private property to corporate interests...

  • THIS IS CRAZY!!! How can our court support this? Please vote Ron Paul and get these dirtbags put back in check!
