Created entirely in After Effects CS3 with 2D planes, no 3D application what so ever.

If I could work on it some more, I would've probably added smoke/fog, as well as some flickering volumetric lights.

Clips from NASA were used.

Yeah I get that a lot haha, but I never actually thought about the resemblance. Doom 3 was probably a lot more of an influence.

@P4INKiller Sorry, I mentioned that I liked it in your Facepunch thread, but I guess you didn't see. Although I suppose you deserve a better comment than what I left for you on FP.

I'd say you've proved your ability as an artist with this, and would urge you to invest the time into learning how to use a dedicated 3D modelling/animation application. Given the creative freedom they would provide, you'd be capable of making some great things. Bravo.
