This was the first time AC/DC, with Bon, appeared on t.v in Australia. They got so many requests to come back on that they came back again a few weeks later doing the same song with Bon dressed as a schoolgirl this time. I think we`ve all seen the schoolgirl clip. This clip is much rarer though. Hopefully it will see the light of day one day. The show Countdown has many other rare early ac/dc clips. Another one of Angus dressed in a gorilla suit. I hope we one day see it on you tube.

Sorry to say this guys, but this clip no longer exist in it's entirety. The ABC either deleted or used many video tapes of Countdown as landfill. Yep, many early AC/DC appearances on Countdown is now buried in the earth.

The reason why you may never ever see this in full is because of the conservative pricks that ran the ABC during the 70's. The selfish pricks had a lot of these performances erased, to save costs of buying new tapes... these performances were rubbed off for science programs .

@HejjagheterApulu A lot of Countdown performances has been saved from deletion... however, a lot of episodes of Countdown cease to exist. The ABC deleted many episodes in 1979, to save costs....
Sadly, many AC/DC performances on Countdown suffered this fate. I don't know for sure if this clip exists in its entiety or if its only this segment that has survived. What I do know is that the ABC (Australia) is very tight when it comes to holding on to surviving footage.

Fuck the cunts that destroyed most of those Countdown tapes from this era... so much AC/DC stuff has been erased because some stupid prick thought it'd be best to erase Countdown episodes and use the tapes for shitty BBC news reels or whatever..

Their record labels, my guess Albert Productions or the TV station that aired the show called "Countdown".
