Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds,
Or bends with the remover to remove:
O no! it is an ever-fixed mark
That looks on tempests and is never shaken;
It is the star to every wandering bark,
Whose worth's unknown, although his height be taken.
Love's not Time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks
Within his bending sickle's compass come:
Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks,
But bears it out even to the edge of doom.
If this be error and upon me proved,
I never writ, nor no man ever loved.

Love is mysterious. But this sounds like from a self-contridiction mind with fear about be rejected. :) I always believe , people who are lucky and brave enough, will enjoy love to fullnes in their lives because they are good in express and have no fear in misunderstand and trouble times. :) Love lucky also based on seconds, moments and awareness of it. Which few people be able to master this art actually, that is why , they are not happy and saying this. :)

It's what's called received or BBC English. Very few people actually speak like this in the UK unless they are trained orators, e.g. politicians. It is supposed to be without accent or any of the rich dialects which invest this fair land. Is it, though? Very hard to hide every trace of dialect. There was a time when the BBC required broadcasters to talk like this but now regional accents are seen as easier to relate to or more honest. Scots accents are popular. Range of diff. ones in Scotland.
