hey one Q at the end.. you went to the mell and made a new window.. so those are for selection... i mean i never seen those kind of menu.really cool. you wrote that script .. or can i find that in online ??

wow nice project! I've been modeling in Maya for some time, just started animating things, not sure if you learned this yet but there are things you can set an attribute to for example like his claws turning into a fist and the wings folding in and out so you don't have to individually do it each time. If you don't know how if you message me I am sure I can explain how.
