I put it over my moisturizer :) Not sure if it's oil free but I feel that it is just because it doesn't separate in the bottle when left for a long period of time.

Hiya! I really like your tutorials and the looks are really pretty, but I'm going to go with the two stars and a wish system... *I've learnt a few new things, which is awesome :) **Nice and clear to listen to, so there's no moment half way through the video when you want just fall asleep from the 500th "like" filler.

My only wish is that you'd show a bit more colour variation for the lips...I don't know if it's the camera, or not, but the lips always push the look to appear a bit orange...:(
