You can use concealer if your eyelids are very dark and then apply the eye primer. If not then apply the primer without using concealer. But def use concealer. Try urban decay products.

@CoraBeanATL I have the urban decay primer potion. i was being cheap i really didnt wanna buy it but im trying to buy new things to add/build my makeup collection. But yeahh thanx for the input. i will use it next time actually put on eyeshadow :)
