i spent part of my life riding trains and i can tell you that there are still train men like your dad working the rails, on several occasions i was discovered sitting on the back of a grain car or an intermodal by brakemen walking the train, only to be told to "lay low until you get out of the yard, and be careful!"

Love the videos you have! My Dad was a railroad man, he was cool. 38 years on SP. He use to have to walk the train, and the bosses told him to kick off Hobos...he didn't. He would tell them just chill and enjoy the ride! Back in the good old days. He retired 83'..sucks that they are so strick now..good job. Thanks for sharing!

You might try going down to Gainesville Florida, she called 3 weeks ago here and said she's traveling 'round in a trailer and working soup kitches down in Florida. said she was in Gainesville, but she may have moved over to West Palm Beach, or Melbourne!

Just wander out to Van Buren Arkansas, the group is unmistakable, and always playing in front of the depot.
