-Cont- Most people seem to shut all windows and bedroom doors leaving room short of fresh air. If you can't leave a window open or bedroom door open to allow more air circulation then your best find a way to get some fresh air while you sleep. for example a fan or window vent. Its more important than you may realise. Think about it we need a fresh supply of oxygen so its important we get it while we sleep in a confined area. Fresh air and good healthy food will help you sleep better for sure.

I have also found that sleep is important for health and for looking good. In fact I think that a good night sleep is more important than we may realise. I have also noticed that some foods can help you sleep better, so if your having trouble sleeping for whatever reason then eating a healthy diet will certainly help. If you can, Leave a window open slightly so that you get a fresh supply of oxygen this will also help you sleep better. -continued-

mineral and magnesium deficiency could be the reason why a lot of us don't sleep properly. also I strongly believe from my own personal experience that environmental stress (may) play a crucial role in the depletion of our own bodies mineral/magnesium reservoirs.
