Walking barefoot in the grass is amazing. Takes away the craving for alcohol after a stressful week!

-Cont- Most people seem to shut all windows and bedroom doors leaving room short of fresh air. If you can't leave a window open or bedroom door open to allow more air circulation then your best find a way to get some fresh air while you sleep. for example a fan or window vent. Its more important than you may realise. Think about it we need a fresh supply of oxygen so its important we get it while we sleep in a confined area. Fresh air and good healthy food will help you sleep better for sure.

Hmmm.... i was with him until this ground talk. Cause EMF fields are not good, that we know. But i'm grounded 9 hours a day, at least. Since 3,5 years back. And i noticed no difference now compared to 4 years ago when i never was grounded.

And by the way, sand is an isolator, as is asphalt. I'm not saying its bad to walk on wet grass for example, do it. But this "ground yourself and feel better" i think its a placebo effect. So you should take it not too serious.

    -Best regardsG

LMAO! It is apparent friend, that your 'critical voice' of concern about having a free enterprising business is probably not well received here in America, maybe you have a better audience there in Australia.. where people are not Citizens, but 'Subjects' where leaders are not elected Representatives, but are 'Authorities' where safety & security comes from the governments hand and force comes from the barrel of their gun. (No thanks, we like our system, even though its not a "perfect" world:)

I ingest M2SOAP regularly for the past 17 yrs. Have slept flawlessly within 2 minutes of crawling into bed. It contains Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, and electrolyzed ash suspended in water and coconut oil.. It is the only soap that is ingestable. I highly regard its uses and the quality in which it is made. 1 gallon of this soap can last me 2-3 years = brushing teeth, laundry, bathing, showering, I highly recommend that you give it a try, friend. :)

Respiration can be majorly aided by introducing Chlorine Dioxide mineral water before you sleep. It is a Super Oxidant, introducing a huge load of O2 component to allow oxygen to scrub pathogens from the blood, after this is done. the Chlorine Dioxide becomes inert, turning itself into a miniscule amount of salt water. I consistently have been doing this for years 3 times a week and need only 4-5 hrs of sleep. Between 11pm - 4pm.>> Startpage: "Jim Humble" & order some "MMS" :)

Grounding cannot be overstated, however... HYDRATION and pain manageament can be a HUGE issue. Chlorine Dioxide (MMS) and Urine Therapy (will Distilled Water) can easily resolve those issues.
