It's the same for many women in their 40s. we grew up in a time when we started using sun screen, and started taking better care.

If you look at women in their 50s now, and look back to the 1940s, they resemble women in their 30s back then.

It's nice. When I was a kid I thought 40 was ancient. Now that I am there, I know different :)

@Lovestoned71 You are way wrong. She never mentioned James being abusive to her. They split up because of his bad drug abuse. The song "What About" had nothing to do with her marriage to James. In an EBONY interview back when "Velvet Rope" dropped she talked about the song and she said that it involved some guy she was with who abused her and this was way after her and James divorced, but you know Janet won't say who it was. She private like that.
