Raw juicing has giving me back the ability to exercise again and brought tremendous relief to my osteoarthritis. I've read the book "Living Well" by Montell Williams and I've been inspired by how much vegetable juicing has improved his MS (muscular sclerosis) and enabled him to continue to work. @JuiceFeastinJenn I agree about the raw food. It has been amazing. Jalepenos...to me they are hot and I always use a small amount. I've been able to tolerate more gradually. Hot peppers are good for joint inflammation just like ginger is. Peace.

Isn't it amazing that you can spend hundreds of dollars on expensive skin products--moisturizers, exfoliators, blah blah blah--and all you really need is raw food to HEAL!! So simple, yet no one seems to know about it. How much jalapeno do you use in your juice? Is it super-spicy?
