She is already pretty comfortable with this. Her main issue is keeping warm in the water. In this video she is not wearing a wetsuit. When she gets a wetsuit and I can keep her in the water longer, the sky is the limit.

@Tigerzoo3 Hi, she is already capable of a 3:20/4:42 sequence. 3/4 is more of a warmup for a future 3/4/5/? attempt.

Going to have her repeat this a few times until it's easier for her?
Or increase the time by 10 seconds ?
like 3:10 first go, rest then 4:10 for the final one.
