@hugh0221 No they don't. Korean English teachers teach English in the WRONG way. They focus too much of phonics and not enough on colloquial uses of the language. What they really need to have is more English programing on TV.

Koreans are better not speak English. Korean accents for English are rather boring than any accents from other countries, since most Korean teachers teach English in American way.
