LOL Labell "recoiling in fear" when Moondog Mayne rolls up on him...for those of you who don't know Labell is one of, if not THE, baddest man walking the face of the earth. What a stud being able to do the "cowardly announcer" role when he's anything but...

god the classics are always the best.

The nexus should watch this clip over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over, go to bed with this still playing in the background, wake up and watch over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again until the learn how to cut a decent promo.

@AdoribleAdrian This is GREAT stuff. I'd definitely download those audio interviews if you post them...

I have always said that Moondog mayne and roddy piper were extreme harcore before extreme hardcore was cool....their is an interview with him and ron bass from portland where he is eating glass while threatening buddy rose. classic stuff..

I saw that interview as well. I also heard the same thing in the Mr. Fuji shoot interview.
-
actuallly I was listening to matt borne/doinks shoot interview and yes lonnie drank a fifth of southern comfort a day.
-
always from what I have heard.

that's cool but are you trying to promote him or something. Skyler may be great but he was obvioulsy not even around when lonnie past so there is no tie influential tie between them at all. SO thats cool but no one on the wrestling boards care.
I tried to post an audio interview, but it didn't come out because it was an mp3. Not sure how to convert them to a format that is compatible with youTube. Sorry.

Thanks. I have a hours of Big Time Wrestling audio interviews from 1973-75. Maybe I'll post a couple of them someday. Pretty funny stuff to me because I still have the visuals in my head about what was going on during the interviews, but maybe not so funny to those who haven't heard them in 35 years.
