Flipping a 65.5 lb piggy on 7/3/2010. Scoring the skin to crisp up. Pig was injected with a Olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt cracked pepper and parsley that was combined with a food processor.The material that could not be injected was thoroughly rubbed in the cavity of the piggy.

  • @JorgeCar1967 ....Pig came out great...had a crowd that was not used to seeing a whole animal so many were too squeemish to even try...But I would not change a thing...Well one thing this yera I will do a 30lber as I have done a 110 and a 65...
