http://www.FTV.com/videos MILAN - If you thought New York, London, and Milan Fashion Week was full of bold pop art color trends for the Spring/Summer 2012 season, you ain't seen nothing yet! Not to mention the full skirts, ruffles, and the biker jackets? Yes, designer Anna Molinari did have it all--and then some! This was, of course, in addition to the neoprene, the raffia, the two piece dresses (showing skin), fringe, bandeaus, and 3-D floral! There were also sequins, fur, orange, and sleek madness toned down just enough for the sexy cut of the female form. Models walked with a bounce in their step and we all knew why. As the collection went on, the clothes got smaller and smaller, brighter and brighter and more wild until they turned black and white. Mega model Karlie Kloss opened the show.

Is Blumarine overdoing it with the colors this season?

@fashiontv I think that "lot of colors" is the motto of the brand. This season Anna Molinari is doing too much again but I think it's less than SS2012 and those leopard prints which were sooo kitsch ! Among all those colored flowers there are such pieces very beautiful and wearable like the glittered black and white dresses of the end. There are also the colored perfecto but it's kind of Deja Vu.

So for me it's looking cheap but it's the signature of the brand.

It is obvious that the Latin Caribbean was in the inspiration for this line. For those of you saying that the styles and use of color were tacky, what are you really trying to say?

That's a poor excuse not to go for your dreams. All you have to do is say, "I don't wear fur." Lots of models say that.

Everything is either a dress or a skirt...where are the pants? Eventually there were some shorts but honestly all of these clothes look like something malibu barbie would wear.

The only reason why this line is discusting is the fur. I'm vegan and want to be a model SO BAD. But I wouldn't go far because I could never model fur/leather/wool etc :P

Viva Italia e Cuba--gorgeous colors, semi-smiling models, who don't look too emaciated--finally a nice change from boring pastels, and industrial functional palettes--Loved it.
