Jim Sinclair: When asked about the technical damage in the gold market, Sinclair stated, "It isn't really longer-term. The technical damage right here and now is something that from today's lows could be corrected in a few days, easily repairable.

With the gold price tumbling, along with silver, today King World News interviewed the man who told clients in 2002, when gold was $300, to put up to 50% of their assets into physical gold held outside of the banking system. Egon von Greyerz is founder and managing partner at Matterhorn Asset Management out of Switzerland. When asked about the 2002 call, Greyerz responded, "It was very clear to me, Eric, for quite a long time, well before 2002, that this was going to end badly. There was no chance the world would survive with the banking system intact or even the financial system intact."

  • I totally dis agree. Stop buying metals, its all a game like stocks and everything else. If your smart, but food and supplies. the time will come again that they will confiscate all our metals. Metals are a waste of money....

  • @stevey65 They will come for your food and supplies too. Those things are much harder to hide. Wouldn't you agree? Once upon a time the "dollars" in your wallet were redeemable for gold and silver. They aren't anymore, because they aren't real MONEY. They will instead seize bank accounts, 401's ect..A few States have already passed legal tender laws for gold and silver. Metals are never a waste of fiat. I like to hedge my bets, and take the long shot first.

  • Recently someone commented to me when I spoke about gold and silver that right after the war in Holland, the country went into a total depression. I lived there and was 2 years old,but my dad had been in the Underground. He said that the only way people were able to eat and buy food was through bartering.Gold and silver was worth very little.People sold their jewelry and got almost nothing for it.What say you?

  • @nld1960 Post war Europe wasn't a pleasant place for sure. Are they still bartering? No.

I am almost sure the folks who had gold and silver hidden away were much better off as the situation improved. I stress food storage first and foremost, and if possible a means of defense. Powder and lead for hard times, Gold and Silver for a bright future.

  • What's your view on aqua ponics Mike. Thanks for the vid. God bless brother +

  • @500JonesDavy Not familiar with it. It may be worth looking into with Fukushima still smoking in Japan. I had a talk with a guy running sheep in Mendocino County CA. He lost lambs born in the spring of 2011, right after the heavy April rains. The media remains SILENT. I also ran into an article stating deaths among human babies spiked during the spring months.

  • @stevey65 metals dont go bad ,, they dont change with government ,,, they dont lose value ,, and from the start metal was been better than cash and it will only go up value on time ,, we only have so much ,, unlike money they can always print more ,,, so i disagree with you

  • @demensha23 Yeah, sounds similar to chernobyl. It went off in russia, yet the sheep born in wales (u.k) a month or so later, were deformed in one way or another. There's an organisation in europe, that sponsors the kids from the ukraine for short summer holidays to europe/uk etc, and apparently the short time spent away from their region puts 5-10 years on their lifespan, at least thats what's being said. Kinda puts my probems into perspective. God bless Mike +

  • @demensha23 I still have my gold in the bank box of a very small bank, owned by shareholders(us).Tell me, when do you think would be a good time to take the gold out?

I also have several iras that are mostly in cash. What would you do with them and when?

  • @demensha23 Thanks, good thought, that's why I am subscribed to your channel, for the wisdom, the Eagle Scout wisdom

  • when you buy gold like that is it tracked?
