Sounds like he's not bright enough to be using a cellphone. Phones are not supposed to be unlocked due to international roaming agreements. Cell companies are not supposed to be giving out these PINS and neither are the manufacturers. Sounds like some people were trying to help outside the box & he's upset about it. Go figure.

Cell phones are built to be unlocked. Why else would there that feature to unlock them and use abroad? If cell phones were not supposed to be unlocked then that feature would not be built into cell phones.

Sometimes I get text messages and voice messages 3 days after the person calls me or sends the message. And I reboot my phone every day. If I'm paying 100% of my bill, it should work 100% of the time, plain and simple.
