This is a video of driving across the high rise bridge on I-10 approaching New Orleans from the East. Recorded less than three months following Katrina, in November 2005 in late evening. The city was largely still without power, as you can see, including on the bridge itself. This was shot after sunset but before total darkness. All lights should have been on.
