i ride bike and I think this is very good awareness but to be honest in the first part the bike was going way to fast when it hit the car and in the second shot the bike was going on a normal speed..
these sort of accidents only happen when the biker puts its guards down..

i know people will never see me when i ride, im constantly having people pull out on me at junctions ect... so i bought a race exhaust, so if people don't see me, they will damn sure hear me coming...

@Runies1 Why do people drive cars? They're big, large, expensive, frustrating and turn peolpe into idiots and idiots into killers in a few minutes. RESPECT other peolpe, walking or riding they're free to live and move the way they like.

the reason the bike isnt there is because he doesnt see him, i've almost been hit by a driver on my motorbike because SHE DIDNT LOOK!!!, if they dont look hard enough they dont see you, that the idea

I saw this commercial years ago when I was a kid. I remember after seeing it, I started to take mental note as to how many drivers might hit me on my pedal bicycle had I not of taken notice to their car and slowed down. And I've nearly been a bunch of times, had to skid sideways to a stop to lightly slam into a truck to stop, and was right beside my friend when a lady accelerated right into him because she didn't look.
Now I always scan left and right as many times as I can when I drive.

Some of you lot are fucking idiots. My best friends uncle has just died, he was hit by a car on his moterbike. Their whole family is in pieces. I kept thinking of this advert which is why i came on here to watch it again. The woman didnt even look, she just speeded around the corner and crashed into him. He died the next day after emergency surgery. He had two kids. Anyone making light of this is sick in the head. He was a really lovely bloke and now hes gone.

Nowhere near as good as the black/white team basketball ad that came before it - the two clips you see are different!
