1988 Arizona- One of the best cult favorites were the Jetzons aka Billy Clone and The Same -The Strand retained the core group of Connolle & Dorion- This completes all that I have on this Arizona musical cult alternative band. Bruce Connelle is with the band the Reverents I believe?

Thanks for posting this Joel. I searched for many years until I finally found the Jetzons LP. It's good to see Bruce and Damon together again. I think Bruce is still playing in The Suicide Kings now.

OMG! - I so loved these guys!! What a precious video this is. They RULED the Tempe nightclub scene then. (and I was probably at this show) because they were one of my faves. As a musician myself, I was always totally blown away by their energy, songwriting and great live sound.

So what are these guys doing now?I hope they are doing well - they deserved to get national recognition - still do!!

the Jetzons, the Strand then when that dissolved Damon did Spinning Jennys, lost track of his bands after that, does he still play?

Bruce and the fellow from Billy Clone and the Same who had a tragic death were magic together. They would trade off singing lead and they were incredible. Bruce should re-cut the Theory X & Y album using modern recording equipment. Such a fine collection of songs that the vinyl recording did no justice to at all. The Strand sound is tight.

The lead singer doesn't look that much different then he did 30 years ago playing in the back of an old shopping Center just North of Mckellips & Rural Road.
