This is an amazing work and loved performing it. Had the chance to work with David Fanshawe and performed the entire Work Under the Direction of Sir David Wilcocks. Priceless I love the lord's prayer from this

It is shame there is not a better recording of Africa Sanctus on You Tube.
Anyway, I met David Fanshawe at Eton College where he was giving a talk on Africa Sanctus, and included a slide show. This was in the 1970s.

My High School performed this song back in 2002 and we enjoyed it so much and the whole song really loved it. We performed it right after doing the traditional sanctus dominus. We also met with David and had a real african drummer. It was very exciting and fun!
