An executive order is just a presidential promise about he wants law to work. It can be reversed at any time, just like Obama reversed President Bush's Executive Order on Stem Cell Research.

Federal funds MAY NOT BE USED for abortion under the Affordable Care Act -- including the pre-existing condition insurance pools currently being implemented in Pennsylvania and states across the country. In accordance with the President's Executive Order, the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES has directed states that federal funds provided under health care reform MAY NOT BE USED to fund abortion.
What don't you people understand about MAY NOT BE USED?
Lets kick him out of office and refuse to pay our federal taxes. If I don't give him my money, I won't be a part of killing America's children and future.
Abortion (murder) should be illegal. But, if it remains legal, it should be treated as cosmetic surgery which is usually self pay -- not paid for by insurance or medicare/medicaid. Do not use my tax dollars to pay for your sin! The blood is on your hands!
Now that Obamacare was passed, Obama is officially a murderer and has caused every taxpayer to become an accessory to murder.
