This show the lining of one tray for the clam shell box. All of the lining keeps the area in the centers of the boards from collapsing or bowing due to the fabric build-up at the edges. As all these pieces are assembled there is a lot of fabric, on these trays, the board thickness increased 1 mm as the glue and fabric coverd both sides of all the boards.
