and i have to say there's no magic cure... you cant feel this way forever... and i have found that controlling it is not the key let it do its thing and you will find it slowly shed... do a ton of reading on it... EVERYONE deals with anxiety and if you are able to get through it you'll find youre stronger than you think you are! you truely are!give yourself some credit!! youre not alone...i used to think so...if no one has told you they love you today- i do!
