  • @chuchutaichi You are right. By looking very carefuly to your video, i saw that i was not doing the form very well. I am now working in order to make well a few movements. Day after day, i can feel sometime like a little warm in my stomach. Then it goes to my back, and it is very pleasant to feel ! I am very interesting in Chi Kung 18 movements, i will make a research to find them. Thanks a lot !

  • @NarmolanyaoOo Chi Kung 18 movements are very good for beginner and feel the Qi' movements. I can help you with this. At this stage, it seems you step forward too fast, practice the forms and build the foundation first, let the chi move naturally and do not force it to make move. There are more lots to it.

  • @NarmolanyaoOo Please check on Tai Chi Classic by Waysun Lial From P. 129 - 210. It explain very detail on breathing technique. Also, Refer two books by Wolfe Lowenthal, Gateway to the Miraculous, & There are no Secrets. Grandmaster Cheng Man-Ch'ing talked about how to practice 37 Forms in detail. There are many books, I just mention a few. Wish you success and continue to practice. Further question, chungwuchu@yahoo.com

  • I have a question : How many breathes do you takes during the second position? I used to think that i should take one during all the position. One inspiration during the rise of the hands and one expiration during their falls.

Also, if you have any information for the Qi's circulation... i'm seeking for a way to make it move.

Anyway, i'm a beginner and this video already helped me to improve my practive.

    Thanks a lot :)

  • @MaxishZ This is for demonstration purpose, not for regular practice. It is for beginners, so I have to do slowly through out forms to show clearly each step. There are total 6 movement changes of palm & wrist in the begging preparation. I can e-mail you the details. My e-mail is chungwuchu@yahoo.com. Thanks for your input.

  • from 0.00 to 1.00 he just rised his hand Im sleepy lol
