Great video, some nice footage. A shame so much time was spent on ferals like the goats!

I loved the goats while they were eating the grass with very desire....

Hi Mark,
I just wondered if you had tweaked any of the matrix settings or adjusted black levels at all as the video comes across very clean and crisp with plenty of punch or pop as they say. Great for wildlife but I guess you have lots of sunshine over there to give you that contrast !! Keep up the good work
All the best
Mark

Thank you.
The EX1R does not come loaded with different picture profiles.
All of these shoots have been filmed with the standard EX1R configuration.
I am currently trying out other non standard PP's but I tend to like the more natural look. Unless I can find a very interesting and natural PP I will continue shooting with the stand pre set PP.
Regards.

Hi - great video. Can you share what picture profile you used? I like the punchy picture. Was it a cine gamma or one of the standards?

Really enjoyed it. I know exactly what you mean when you say "not within nature parks". This is what I appreciate. And just an opinion about the SFX-track, has it been over-layed? since its sounds a bit congested in my opinion. Let me know if you every wanted to come over Malaysia. Ali
No, the matrix and black levels have not been altered in any way what so ever. In fact, when I shoot this footage the EX!R was could have been on full auto which I very rarely do. But yes, we do have lots of good strong outdoor lighting when conditions are good.
Over all, the EX1R is a great camera.

Hi Ali.
Thanks for your comments. The only SFX track added that was not one the orginal sound track was the thunder storm over layed with the frogs. All other sounds are natural but have been moved around the video to make quite areas a little more busy.
I would love to catch up with you in Malaysia, as I will be will be spending alot of time working in Singapore in the very near future.
Regards, Mark.
