Just ask her out?! … Sure? … Idiots! A genuinely shy girl can like a guy a lot but be too chicken to say “yes” or have a fear of involvement. You don’t want to corner her by asking her out too soon -- if you ask her again she’ll turn you down out of embarrassment. That’s really why people here are having problems because they subconsciously or intuitively sense this. Solution: Try approaching her to get know her better until she seems ready to take things further (if you have the patience).

PLEASE ANSWER: (I'M 13) There's this girl and she's very quiet and I talked to her once in school and she laughed (in a good way) and started to blush. 2 weeks ago Her friend went up to me and told me (indirectly) that this girl likes me.we don't really talk and stuff so sometimes our eyes meet and we'll look at the same time at each other.
