The Plaintiff is a self-centered fruitcake! (Nothing personal against gays.) The Plaintiff lies to his wife for 23yrs about being straight & then JUST abandons his wife after 23 yrs to go & live another lifestyle while his wife is supposed to find a way to take care of herself while struggling with disabilities. The Plaintiff EVEN admits that she was a WONDERFUL wife! The Plaintiff REALLY is scum & she is BETTER off without him. Blind or NOT she DESERVES someone MUCH better!

This is bothering me, being blind does not mean unable to cook and work! I know a few blind people who are fully functioning in society, albeit they do not drive a vehicle.

@dtw777 I couldn't agree with you more. I love Judy and I like Milian, but Milian is always yelling and Judy hardly lets anyone talk. I think J. Karen is a little bit soft, but also just. So, it's nice to see some of that too. But we all love to see J. Judy yelling at idiots and saying that she eats morons like them for breakfast. ;)

The judge let her opinion get the best of her.... fact is when you are married and acquire stuff it becomes community property. Half belongs to him half to her, just as half the proceeds belong to each. However, she did have to have his permission to sell his things. Plus, how much money do you need to get back to Penn. from New York? It cannot be that much she could have taken the Greyhound!
The judge FUDGED this one! LOL!

Out of all the judges on T.V. I think judge Karen is one who I have never seen lose her temper over the plaintiff or the defendant. Granted I enjoy seeing judge Millian, Judy, or Pirro ripping some idiots a new asshole, but this is kinda refreshing.
