I am not the only one on YouTube to post this 60 Minute report by CBS. I believe that with a political icon, such as Palin, it is imperative that people see all of the information known about that individual. This report is exceptional because it includes the accounts of those who were involved in the selection and vetting process of Sarah Palin. This video has been shortened to fit the time allotment.

And please note that Palin has NEVER filed a lawsuit against anyone about the 'lies' she claims are told about her.
Palin will never file a lawsuit because discovery, depositions, subpoenas and sworn testimony would expose Palin as the fraud that she is and destroy her forever.

Steve Schmidt is a smart guy. He's absolutely right too, they did do better with her than that crustbucket lieberman. Still, he's also right that she would have been catastrophic in actual power.

@omnivorous65 Good point. I was working for a small-town type newspaper when Palin was chosen and spoke at the GOP convention and i so i had to write an item about her. It was clear from the beginning that she had not been clearly vetted by the McCain campaign as stories about her daughter's pregnancy came to the surface almost immediately.
Schmidt is right: Palin at the helm of the GOP ticket would be catastrophic for the Republicans.
