The first original version is italian, titled "Perchè perchè" from Comencini's movie "Le avventure di Pinocchio" - 1972, where Pinocchio claims by singing is own bad fortune... there's about a mild version in the movie (only piano), and a quicker dance type with chorus one, both made by Fiorenzo Carpi and sung by Andrea Balestri

I noticed that owners of such videos,
where it looks like it is for kids, but for real it is more making fun from what should be for kids (Animation and innocent Films), made so that video responses has to be approved by the video owner. And, usually, they are not approved. Cause they are taking care, for other people, who are looking for real Buratino, to find there videos, that are not for kids.
