Nah I can understand how he sort of lost his accent, I remember one night me and my mate were at a pub and we met these couple English blokes and we were talking to them for ages and by the end of the night I was speaking exactly like them without even realizing it. I think we all just speak like the people we spend time with or at least the group of people we want to fit in with.
