Tonight in West Reading, PA Thousands came together to make a terminally ill girls wish come true. That wish was to have people sing Christmas Carols outside the front of her house. This brave little girl was diagnosed with high risk AML Leukemia back in May of 2013. She just turned 8 years old on Friday and has been given a couple days to a couple weeks to live. May everyone that sees this take the time to hug your children tonight and tell them you love them, hug your family and tell them you love them and take the time to pray for this little girl and her family. If you want to donate to the family or find out more on Delaney's story please do so at...
