Video of MISSING CHILD Victoria Stafford and her Abductor

Victoria Stafford has been missing since April 8, 2009. She was last seen walking with a mystery woman near her school in Woodstock, Ontario Canada.

Tori is a thin, blond-haired eight year old.She was last seen wearing a black Hannah Montana Jacket with a white fur-lined hood, a green shirt/sweater with pink lettering, a denim skirt, black leotards and black shoes.

The woman in the video appears as a young woman with straight dark hair, dressed in dark trousers, a white puffy jacket and a bag slung over one shoulder. She is described as white, 19 to 25 years old, about 5-foot-2 tall and 120 to 125 pounds.

I don't hold much hope of the video helping ID the person who took her, but hopefully when they catch her, it will guarantee a conviction. There have been so many kids disappear lately, it is heart breaking. Peace my friend, B :)

to be honest, i think this is how kids end up dead. im srry, but thts just the way i think. these pedophiles and whatnot R on the loose looking 4 easy targets and persuade them to go w/ them and the child is not seen for an extended time frame, if at all. God only knows wat happens to each kid thts abducted. all i can say is tht i hope she's & many other kids be found safe and unharmed & may all the bastards tht take kids rot in jail or burn in hell.

I think someone did report her.( about that comment) She cut her hair, threw out the coat,ect. Honestly, I think this was misshandled from the start on all parts.If the police knew she had a similar jacket ( and threw it out) and knew she had her hair cut, that should have been a huge red flag. then they would have watched who she was haging with, thus, leading them right in-to MR Rafferty,s path. Mabey they did have him in their sights...I don,t think we,ll ever know for sure.

@dannyboyemo She is dead in the summer of 2009 I don't remember which month it was but her body was found and dental records confirmed that it was her. I read that and Amber Alert wasn't issued after her abduction and if one had it was more than likely that she would have been found sooner and would have been found alive.

Tthe guy in the black is he apart of this ? Or.. a witness? Also if you watch there was another person walking behind the girl - This all added up, in the newspaper the mother and neighbour (women abductor) had spoken, watching the video. The neighbour said `You know, that could have been me right there`

If i were the mother i'd report that right away. Also they noticed the niehgbour wearing the white jacket, so, what do you think.Seriously I think the case could have been solved a lot sooner
