hey whats the diffrence between a test server and a private server?

It is the servers blizzard runs and tests patches before they are released. You click on "Public Test" on the launcher when you play WoW.
A private server is a server not run by Blizzard and usually missing many aspects of the real game.

this is 1 private server where you need 25 man raid. making it more interessting than soloing him. but real wow would be best
