Crazy Skateboarding Kickout. Skater gets board stolen

So me and a couple of my friends were skating a buttery metal stair when the owner of the store, an asian guy comes out and starts talking to us the pushes me over and steals my skateboard. He told us that he was calling the police after he took my board. when the police came down they asked what happened and i told them that the man had just assaulted me and stolen my board and that we had it on film. they cops took a look at this clip and told the man that he had just comitted larsony, and assault. cop asked me if i wanted to press charges and i said no because i just wanted my board back and hit up a new spot. skaters finally win.LOL (sorry about the blurrienes my friend put the lense on wrong :(

First of all do you guys understand that if one of you falls and brakes your arm on his steps that he would be liable? Secondly, it is that man's property and you show no respect for it whatsoever. Thirdly, he's obviously had problems with dumb ass skate boarders in the past, and he has every right to be pissed off. The mans just trying to make a living without having to worry about kids getting hurt on his steps, or one of his customers getting knocked down by a skateboard. Smarten the fuck up.
