This is another test of my system. Changes include my new Simplex 4099-9003 dual-action pull, Simplex 2901-9806 horn on my Simplex 2903 light plate alongside my EST Genesis multi-cd strobe (set to 75 cd). Panel is still my Firelite MS-5024.

  • Is it possible to fit a Wheelock 34T horn to a Simplex 2903 light?

  • I'm not sure that it is. I have a 31T which looks just like most Simplex horns, but it doesn't have threaded mounting holes like Simplex horns do (or at least the two specifically for the plate). To make this work, you'd have to put bolts through the light plate mounting holes as well as the ones on the horn (your 34T) and come back from behind with a nut to hold it on. Problem here is, if you do that, getting the whole assembly onto a backbox would be nearly impossible.
