I think you can import it, the european version is MULTI 5 (with english) and shouldn't have regional lock... I bought it yesterday!

If i get this shipped to the US from europe will i be able to play it I know some games have restrictions for the areas they sell in

Yes it is odd at first since your Rupees double as your health but it is fun.
