I'm surprised to hear someone not appreciating Billy Talbot on drums. Seems to me Neil just tells the rhythm-keepers to find a groove and stay there...It turns all his tunes with them into true meditations...I so love it...top o' the rock category for moi... Thanks for this gift...
@11xzxzxz ive been a fan since havvest[ i was too young to get buffalo springfield when they were relavent?] ive listened or owned 20 niel young albums since then. this is real always was aways will be. dont be denied its time to go to work. lol
I went to this show. This was billed as "Hippie Dream". The previous year at Princeton Landing in Half Moon Bay they were billed as the "Echoes" which I managed to get into 4 of the 14 shows.

I love Neil Young - And this tune specially. But : the drummer ; too heavy and lame... I have never understood Neil's choices on this point...

11Xz - I'm a huge fan! Love dozens of Neil's songs. But this one is my favourite. Don't know why. It just is.
