UFO?????? i was in a family vacation on labor day in Orlando Florida of 2007 this was recorder outside of my window of the hotel so i dont now what it is.....

I *hope* you are talking about the small black bird thing that seemed to teleport or soemthing and not the reflection in the window of some round object and some sort of magazine. The large round circle is a reflection

Looks like a kite or another object bound to the ground by a string. The erratic movement could be caused by strong gusts of wind.

its either a bird or a bat, it seems to move like a bat does. I know, I stood outside and watched bats for a few hours fairly recently (yes I am a nerd, no I don't care that its weird)

It looks like a bird of some sort, if you look close enough you can see like wings flapping.
