SHAC and the SHAC 7

A little info on the American branch of Stop Huntington Animal Cruelty (SHAC) and the SHAC 7. Under the Animal Enterprise Protection Act the SHAC 7 were sent to jail. We might see an increase in such convictions since the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act was passed and that law gives broader protections to animal enterprises. Both laws carry provisions that say non violent acts are not to be prosecuted, yet that was ignored in the case of the SHAC 7. Will the same happen in the future? Only time can tell.

You got it twisted.  The US is following the example of the UK. This movement started in Great Britain. The repression & reaction started there also. Get off of YouTube & hit the street.
