Camposition is once again honored to present FieldWork Miami and its first ever
PERFORMANCE MARATHON on Earthday April 22, 2011 at INKUB8, 2021 NW 1st Place, Miami, FL 33127,
Come celebrate live performances by Miami based Artists Antonia Wright, Ana Miranda, Digital Hostage, Dale Penn, Nick Ducassi, Rene Chavez, Paul Seligman, Jean Minuchin, Randy Hendler and Rudy Porro.
Fieldwork is a rigorous workshop designed to help artists gather information about their performance work before being shown to the public. Fieldwork serves artists on a completely non-curated basis; group participants come from diverse disciplines, aesthetic viewpoints and levels of development. As The Field invites artists of all disciplines to participate, works presented on April 22, 2011 and will include different approaches to performance. Some artists will push the boundaries of performance through movement, while others through text, video and installation.
Join us for this PERFORMANCE MARATHON and plan on staying to enjoy, Post-performance discussions, farmers market and a special EarthDay Performance by Octavio Campos at 11PM.
Admission $10.00
