I dislike pretty much anyone i've met who does MLG mainly because every one of them uses the most overpowered weapons and tactics(MP40,UMP,Famas, 74u, dropshotting etc...). To me, someone is only good at the game if they can use pretty much any gun, any perk, and are able to get a fair ammount of kills without spawn trapping or using super powerful killstreaks that get you absurd ammount of kills. That is my opinion on MLG...

mw3 "competitive" is non existant, no chance i think because of what you say. also the latency issues but the egos and the drama are hardcore bs. any team/individual caster/self proclaimed pro i watch i just cant stand after a few videos, you really catch onto so much bs and ego trips and abuse just to look good for youtube. like i cant even respect woodysgamertag anymore, soo immature and massive ego. you and pyrotoz, only people i can stand now....

i have a quick question. even when i find a whole team that wants to play competitive with me then how do i get into a competitive match?

my opinion is that you should keep going with MLG. The main difference between MLG and open gameplay is that this really tests you skills against people who have to prove themselves every once and a while. Ya fair enough there are people with ego's and can be absolute assholes but they are the people who take the fun out of the game and can't cope with a bad K/D. Thats why MLG needs people like you PWN because you bring fun to the game and do not have an ego.

@GunmetalSavage True enough and I understand completely, I am just saying that I have less respect for people who need to use the Famas to do well. This is not because they are worse people but just because someone who is able to do well with a less used gun deserves more respect.

@nocturnal240 they can compete like that and very well at that, but they automatically handicap themselves when they do, ive seen ASSASSIN drop 30 bombs with an MP5K in black ops, Felonies dropped 12-0 in SnD with an AK47, but the FAMAS makes they're job much easier

@GunmetalSavage No, I expect them to use whatever gun/setup they think will allow them to win easier. However, I don't recall ever saying that I expected them use anything else. I believe that the most I said, was that I would have more respect for them if they could do just well using an M14 as a Famas. I also said that they should not believe themelves to be so great at Call of Duty, if the only guns you are able use are the ones that don't require any experience or skill to use.
