We chose to do ISR because we felt that it was necessary to teach life saving skills versus just swimming lessons. You will see there is a lot to this class and some may not approve of all their methods (coat on face). However, seeing how comfortable my child was in the water just 8 weeks after she started was worth the stress watching her learn. The class is 6 weeks long; 10 minutes every day.
